Kids repeat what you say. They also repeat what you eat.
Did you know that there are over 350,000 overweight kids in New York City? If you want your children to grow up healthy, set an example by enjoying lots of fruits and veggies. If you eat right, they’ll eat right.

City Harvest works to bring healthy food to communities who need it the most, placing high value on fresh foods like fruits and vegetables. We work on community initiatives and provide nutrition education classes with different groups all around New York City. Incorporating just one new thing in your diet, and on your child’s plate, may make a difference to last a life time. It can be simple and fun!
Use this website to find great ideas and resources to help your family make small but sizable changes for a healthier future.
