• Donor/Company Name
• Pickup Address
• On-site Contact (Name, Email, and Phone Number)
• Any special instructions for the building?
• Estimated amount of food & types (if you can include # of trays/boxes/bags, that’s really helpful! A general estimate is okay too, if not)
