Indulge in a multi-course dining experience for ten, including caviar service and paired martinis, Executive Chef David Shim’s famed Butcher’s Celebration—consisting of USDA Prime Filet Mignon, USDA Prime 45+ Days Dry Aged Ribeye, Japanese A5 Wagyu Filet Mignon and Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye from Miyazaki Prefecture, and COTE Marinated Galbi—along with COTE’s signature accompaniments. Premiere Cru Red Burgundy, Aged Bordeaux and Aged Madeira provide the perfect pairing, as beverage director Victoria James and principal bartender Sondre Kasin curate all fine wines and bespoke cocktails. You’ll end with a savory finish of Bi-bim Somyun and soft serve ice cream paired with an Underberg Digestif. Following dinner, your party moves to its own private dance floor and DJ at Undercote to celebrate the night. Or, choose to redeem this package at the brand new COTE Miami, where you’ll celebrate the evening in a private dining room, followed by a karaoke bash!

Details: Subject to availability. Must be booked in advance with a minimum of two week’s notice and claimed by December 31, 2021. Package can also be redeemed at COTE Korean Steakhouse Miami in a private dining room as a karaoke party instead of a DJ. An approximately four-hour event, maximum 10 guests.
