For his prolific pedigree creating some of the most fêted pastries in the world, Chef Dominique Ansel was dubbed “the Willy Wonka of New York” by the New York Post and named the World’s Best Pastry Chef in 2017 by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards. Along with three friends, you’ll be taught by the Chef himself on how to look for the ‘perfect croissant’!
