Mobile Markets

City Harvest provides millions of pounds of fresh produce, free of charge, every year through our outdoor farmers’ market-style food distributions that we call Mobile Markets®. Last year, our Mobile Markets served nearly 344,000 New Yorkers in need.

We also provide additional programming and services at our Mobile Markets, including cooking demonstrations from our Nutrition Education team, and resources from local nonprofits and other community partners.

We’ve expanded our successful Mobile Market model through partnerships to reach more communities across the five boroughs with our Community Partner Distributions.
